I find this to be such a good thought to reflect on early in 2021. At Visiting Angels of West Michigan we say to our caregivers, let your yes be yes and your no be no. I wonder as you move into this new year if you are aware when you get those words confused.
Consider perhaps one gift you can offer yourself and to those you love in 2021 is to be clear in letting your Yes be Yes and your No be No. Say no to pleasing, perfecting and performing and yes to being true to your own integrity!
